SET TIME OF FAVOUR

Psalms 102:13 KJV: Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
This seems to imply that there is particular time that God will start showing favour to Zion.
However, God has been showing favour to Zion long before the set time of favour as shown in
Psalms 87:2 KJV: The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.
Psalms 78:68 KJV: But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved.
Zion is symbolic of the church that is walking in the perfection and fullness of Christ.
Psalms 50:2 KJV: Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.
Zion also includes people who have David’s type of heart: those who are willing to do ALL of the will of God (Act13: 22), though, they have not yet experienced the perfection and fulness of Christ. This is the type of heart God uses to build Zion.
So, God has always favoured anyone who is willing to bless anyone who has this type of heart: people who God will use to build Zion.
For example, God showed uncommon favour to Cyrus, a heathen King of Persia, so that he could live long enough and be in the right position to order the rebuilding of Jerusalem, Zion and the temple:
Isaiah 44:28 KJV: That saith of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform ALL my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be laid.
Isaiah 45:1-5 KJV: Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut; (2) I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron: (3) And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel. (4) For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me. (5) I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:
Genesis 12:3 KJV: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
So, how do we know this is the SET TIME and what is so special about THIS SET TIME OF FAVOUR?
We know this is the set time, because this is the third day; we have heard the prophetic trumpet voice; we have seen the signs in the heavens (blood moon tetrad) and we are now in between the RELEASE of the Spirit without measure and the MANIFESTATION of the Spirit without measure.
The set time of favour is special because Zion is being considered for promotion from simply being blessed by those who are willing to bless her to becoming the blesser: head and not tail, above only and not beneath.
Hebrews 7:6-7 KJV: But he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises. (7) And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better.
Zion is initially under tutors and governors: those who God has raised up to bless and sustain her in her immaturity until the time appointed of the father (Gal.4.1-2), the set time. Then at that time (this time):
Deuteronomy 28:1, 12-13 KJV: And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: (12)…and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. (13) And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath;
