PART 2
The origin of the black race can be traced to Noah’s second son, Ham, who saw the nakedness of his father, when Noah was in a drunken sleep induced by an excess of wine:
Genesis 9:21-22 KJV: And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent. (22) And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.
When Noah awoke, scripture records that he cursed Canaan, his fourth grandchild by Ham. Actually, the curse was intended for Ham, Noah’s second son, who transgressed by his lack of discretion in revealing his father’s nakedness to his other brethren. Rather, he should have covered Noah himself, without letting anybody else know of his father’s error. There is a lesson for all of us here: we should never publicly expose the sins of our fathers (spiritual or physical), but rather, cover their sins privately and discretely, by prayer and, as led by the Spirit, privately intreating (1 Tim.5: 1). However, the curse did not remain on Ham alone but affected all his children, particularly Canaan, because of the condition of his heart (will), for the scripture declares;
Proverbs 26:2 NIV: Like a fluttering sparrow or a darting swallow, an undeserved curse does not come to rest.
Genesis 9:25-27 KJV: And he said, cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren. (26) And he said, blessed be the Lord God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. (27) God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
Psalms 105:9-11 KJV: Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac; (10) and confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant: (11) Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:
Genesis 15:18-21 KJV: In the same day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates … and the Amorites, and the Canaanites and the Girgashites and the Jebusites.
That is why it was the Canaanites whom God drove out of their land to make away for the Israelites, the descendants of Shem. As a consequence of Noah’s curse, all the other children of Ham, namely Mizraim, Phut and Cush, the progenitor of the Ethiopian, and by extension, the black race, were also affected to some degree. So all the sons of Ham were to be subservient to the races from the other two sons of Noah; Shem (the Arabs, Asians and Israeli’s) and Japheth (the European or Caucasian race).
The black race which descended from Ham’s first son, Cush has also been particularly affected by Noah’s curse on Ham, that his house would be subservient to the others; that is, until now, when the first of the firstfruits company of perfection unto God will emerge from beyond the rivers of Ethiopia, from the black race. This shows God’s righteousness to Cush, who did nothing to merit the curse placed upon his father’s house, though, as explained earlier the curse did affect him and his descendants to some degree. It is this righteousness that God has purposed to make, that could be a potential stumbling block for the rest of the Church. The scripture says:
Songs of Solomon 1:6 KJV: Look not upon me, because I am black because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother’s children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyard; but mine own vineyards have I not kept.
The black, first of the firstfruits company gives a prophetic warning to the others in the Church not to despise it because it is from the black race, which hitherto has been despised and downtrodden as a servant. There will be a tendency in the Church, when the first of the firstfruits company is made manifest in the black race, to despise them and become offended at them. `After all,’ many will say in their hearts, `these are people who have been dominated and despised for centuries!’ Many, in their hearts, will question God as to why He could not have used a more respected and arguably better-endowed race. Such people forget that God is no respecter of persons, and that a man’s worth is not measured by the colour of his skin, but by the content of his character.
The first of the firstfruits of perfection will be from the black African race because God has ordained that it will be so, and the rest of the Body of Christ need to keep their hearts with diligence to ensure that this does not become an offence and stumbling block to them.
Matthew 20:16 KJV: So the last shall be first, and the first last:
Israel got the gospel first (Hebrews 4:2; Acts 13:45, 46) and the black race last. Now, the black race will finish first in perfection as the first of the firstfruits, while Israel, represented prophetically by the 144,000 virgins of Revelation 14, will finish last, as the last part of the perfect Church.
Revelation 10:7 KJV: But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel! … the mystery of God (Christ perfected in you, the hope of glory; Colossians 1:27-28) should be finished (or completed) as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
Here, the scripture speaks prophetically of the bride of Christ being black: this implies that God will PIONEER the perfection of the church from the black race: the sons of Ham; just as He pioneered the birth of the church from the Jews: the sons of Shem and the reformation of the church from Germany and Europe: the sons of Japheth. However, the bride of Christ will NOT BE EXCLUSIVELY BLACK since in Christ ALL RACES ARE PRESENT (Rev.7, Gal. 3.28).
Shem, Ham and Japheth were the 3 sons of Noah whose offspring repopulated the earth after the flood (Gen.10.1). The sons of Shem migrated eastward-the Jews, Arabs, Indians, Chinese, and Japanese etc. The sons of Japheth migrated northwards-the Europeans and the sons of Ham migrated southwards—Africans whose skins were darkened because of the sun.
Furthermore, we see that Ham: the black race served the sons of Shem and Japheth because of Noah’s curse. The scripture speaks of this as keeping the vineyards of my brothers and so neglecting my own vineyard.
So God in His justice and righteousness chose the sons of Ham to PIONEER the end time move of God to PERFECT the church. The evidence of this abounds: in the last 30-40 years the number of people: especially young people in their teens and early twenties who got born-again in Nigeria has increased tremendously.
Some of the largest churches in Europe and the US today are pastored by Nigerians indicating the great spiritual move of the Holy Spirit in Nigeria that is preparing a Zion church in Nigeria to fulfill her prophetic destiny. To show God’s justice to all races and make Nigeria fulfill her prophetic destiny.
How then does the Zion church in Nigeria fulfill in and for Nigeria her prophetic destiny?
By spiritually ruling Nigeria with a rod of iron (Rev.12.5, 2.27) and so enforce conditions in Ps.144.12-5.
Psalms 110:1-2 KJV: A Psalm of David. The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. (2) The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.
Here, the scripture prophetically speaks of Zion RULING in the midst of her enemies: Satan, principalities, powers and rulers of the darkness of this world (Eph.6.12) controlling and dominating nations.
We rule over them SPIRITUALLY through prayer to ENFORCE the Kingdom or dominion of God over the nations: in this particular case, of Nigeria to produce the conditions shown in
Psalms 144:11-15 KJV: Rid me, and deliver me from the hand of strange children, whose mouth speaketh vanity, and their right hand is a right hand of falsehood: (12) That our sons may be as plants grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones, polished after the similitude of a palace: (13) That our garners may be full, affording all manner of store: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets: (14) That our oxen may be strong to labour; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets. (15) Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD
This is a prophetic picture of the great social, economic, agricultural and industrial prosperity of a Nigeria prospered by God through the Zion church in Nigeria that will be fulfilled in this 3rd day before the Lord Jesus returns: it will be a taste of the powers of the Millennial age to come (Heb. 6:5).
It is easy to see from the above how this Zion prosperity will be a witness of the gospel of the Kingdom to all nations and so usher in the end of this age (Mt. 24:14).
