DISCERNING THE TIME AND HASTENING THE GLORY
(week 49/17)

Luke 12:54-56 KJV: And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is. (55) And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass. (56) Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?
Here, the Lord Jesus teaches us that just like we can discern what the weather will be by looking at the sky and the earth, we should be able to discern the times and seasons of God’s purposes on the earth by looking at the signs in the heavens and on the earth.
Luke 21:25-28 KJV: And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; (26) Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things, which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. (27) And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. (28) And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
The blood moon tetrad of April 2014-Sept. 2015 falling on the Jewish feasts of Passover and Tabernacles was a sign in the sun and moon, pointing to the fulfillment of the feast of Tabernacles; the August 21st 2017 solar eclipse; pointing to the fact that the powers of the heavens are being shaken by the spiritual warfare presently taking place in the heavenlies as typified in Rev.12.7-12. The September 21st 2017 Rev. 12 alignment of the stars and planets was another sign pointing to the birth of the perfect man-child company, the Zion church. At this time also, we have the distress of nations: the threat of nuclear war between North Korea and the United states, the roaring of the waves and sea: the 2017 Atlantic hurricane season was a hyperactive, deadly, and extremely destructive season.
ALL these signs in the heavens and in the earth point to the fact the manifestation of the perfect man-child church is IMMINENT!
These signs CONFIRM that we are in the time and season of this manifestation: so by them, we discern the time according to the instruction of the Lord Jesus.
Furthermore, we know from the scriptures that end of the age is within the time of the generation that sees the rebirth of the nation of Israel (May 14, 1948), symbolized by the budding of the fig tree (Mt. 24.32-34, Hos. 9.10, Joel 1.7). From Gen. 15.13, 16, a generation is about 100 years; so like Daniel, we understand by the books (Dan.9.2), the number of years: the close of this age will be about 2048. This year date IS A PROPHETIC SHADOW and is not set in stone: it could a little longer or shorter.
In addition, the scripture in Hos.6.2-3 tells us the church will be raised up or ‘caught up’ (1 Th.4.17) after 2 days. Now a day is prophetically taken to be a thousand years (2 Pet.3.8) so TWO DAYS from the RESURRECTION of the Lord Jesus is about 2033.
So again from the books, like Daniel, we understand the number of years for the close of age: somewhere between about 2033 to about 2048. Once again we emphasize that these are prophetic shadows that can be a little longer or shorter depending on how diligently the church operates. Therefore, the scripture instructs to HASTEN the coming of the day of God AND also tells us that NO MAN WILL KNOW THE EXACT DAY OR HOUR (though, we are commanded to know the TIME AND SEASON (1 Th.5.1-4)), so we will be ready and the day will not overtake us as a thief).
Hosea 6:2-3 KJV: After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight. (3) Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
Mark 13:32-33 KJV: But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. (33) Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
2Peter 3:12 NIV: as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat.
It is instructive to note that even the Lord Jesus Himself DID NOT KNOW THE DAY the manifestation of the glory of God through Him would begin at the wedding in Cana of Galilee (Jn.2.4); but He was ready! So we also will not know the exact day or hour, but we are to be ready, hence this prophetic message!
Furthermore, the beginning of the manifestation of the glory of God through the Lord Jesus DID NOT FALL ON A SPECIFIC FEAST DAY: if it did, He would have known the day! Likewise, for us the beginning of the manifestation of the Spirit without measure through individual pioneers will not be on a known feast day; however, after the pioneers begin to manifest the glory, those that follow them and obtain the borrowed anointing will collectively as a temple be visited with the manifestation of the glory to fulfill, collectively, the feast of Tabernacles as typified by the glory of God that filled Solomon’s temple at the feast of Tabernacles.
2Chronicles 5:2-3 KJV: Then Solomon assembled the elders of Israel, and all the heads of the tribes, the chief of the fathers of the children of Israel, unto Jerusalem, to bring up the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of the city of David, which is Zion. (3) Wherefore all the men of Israel assembled themselves unto the king in the feast which was in the seventh month.
2Chronicles 5:11-14 KJV: And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place: (for all the priests that were present were sanctified, and did not then wait by course: (12) Also the Levites which were the singers, all of them of Asaph, of Heman, of Jeduthun, with their sons and their brethren, being arrayed in white linen, having cymbals and psalteries and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them an hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets:). (13) It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD; (14) So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of God.
So, we hasten the glory asking God for MORE MERCY AND GRACE to pray MORE FREQUENTLY AND FERVENTLY according to:
Romans 9:16 KJV: So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
James 4:6 KJV: But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
Luke 21:36 KJV: Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
Ephesians 6:18 KJV: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
